Shipping Policy:

Standard Shipping costs are included in the price of each product. If you need your purchases shipped by another method, please call us at 1-888-345-1762. Forget-Me-Not will process your order promtly and your order usually ships within two (2) business days of receipt of payment. We will also provide any tracking numbers as soon as they become available.

Photo Gifts:

Some of our gifts are personalized photo gifts. In the aspect of the photo gifts, we require that you email us a high resolution of the photo that you would like personalized into your gift. 300+ DPI is preferred. Shipment on said personalized products will be delayed until two (2-5) days after receipt of photograph material as well. due to processing and etching time. We can not reproduce copyrighted material. Should your photo be unacceptable we will contact you immediately to determine what you would like us to do.

Personalized Notes:

A majority of the gifts available with Forget-Me-Not have an available personalized notation on the gift itself. Also, in many cases we offer a note to go with the shipment. Please enter these personalized notes on the check out page of this site. This will ensure that you personalized sentiment gets out with your gift.

Other:

As you notice, we have a lot of options in regards to personalization with all of our products. Because these options are not always noticed, it is important that we have a current email address and phone number so as not to delay the shipment of your order.

We will not, and do not, sell or share any personal information with anyone other than our warehouse, for shipping purposes.

Email updates:

We do not send out massive amounts of unsolicited emails. We do require that you sign up for our email list before you receive email from us in regards to anything other than your current order. Opting out of our email list is easy and we are thorough in making sure you don't get emails that aren't requested.

Returns:

Defective products must be returned within 5 business days, but contact us immediately so that we can get a new product out to you to replace the defective one. Unfortunately, we can not return personalized products unless they are defective in which case, again contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to make sure your gift is perfect!

Multiple Products:

Due to the fact that some of our items might be shipped from other locations, it is possible for you to receive more than one box. Don't worry, we can't fully stock each warehouse all the time... Sometimes, boxes happen *=o).
